Really very good experience, charles came down and explained in detail and the focus was not on selling and and products rather to explain the solution holistically. it is very rare to have a salesman as honest and nice as charles and I am very grateful to have found this company. will definitely bear in mind for any future curtain projects.

Definitely 5 star to the shop re-design. Had been looking for curtains for my bedrooms and living room.the shop owner is very friendly and let us visit his studio for a few times with very specific elaboration to make us 100% sure we will be satisfied with the purchase. And the curtains installed are indeed very high quality and nice and absolutely worth the price. Also the owner provides very good after sale with service 🙂

Charles is a sincere and hands on business owner. We consulted him originally for acoustic curtains but he was honest about the effectiveness of it for our circumstances. In the end we engaged his services for the usual curtains. He has a good eye for design and you can trust his recommendations on types of fabrics to choose based on your paint colours and interior design.
The outcome of the curtains is fantastic and the price is very reasonable as well. Thank you!

Frankly, I’m extremely impressed by Charles, the sales consultant who dropped by my place this afternoon.

I’m having aircon condenser sound issues in my master bedroom which kept me up at night quite often since late March 2022 😣

Charles was very sincere, asking me many questions and offered structured advice on how I can solve the problem (he did not advocate to use his products at all for my master bedroom)

He was very patient and discussed with me at great length re the various sound proofing methods.

Re Design will definitely be my first choice if I want to install acoustic curtains or normal curtains or blinds.

It’s very rare nowadays to meet folks who genuinely wanna help their clients, and not out to make a quick buck.
